Hello! I'm Ismael DIB, a nomadic Frenchman with a passion for exploration. I was born and raised in the captivating ambiance of the French Riviera, right in the heart of the renowned international film city, Cannes. However, my journey has taken me far beyond these shores. Having lived in various corners of the world, from the charming streets of Southampton and the lively surroundings of Belfast to the bustling energy of Paris, each place has woven its unique thread into the tapestry of my life. More recently, I've been calling Geneva, Switzerland, my home city, which epitomizes elegance and global connections.
My academic journey led me to study Business Management and Program Management. This formal education was complemented by my hands-on experiences in global corporations, allowing me to swiftly adapt to the ever-evolving market dynamics.
Beyond the world of business, I find profound joy in indulging in life's finer pleasures. Whether it's relishing the beauty of nature, immersing myself in the world of cinema, exploring different cultures through museums and travel, or savoring delectable cuisine, I passionately embrace all that life offers.
My interests extend to the intricacies of economics, and I'm an avid follower of various sports, including football, fitness, and calisthenics.

I’m an accomplished and highly organized Project Manager (Agile PM, ITIL 4 Foundation, Prince 2 and Safe 5 for Teams, PMP) with an Executive Master in Program Management and over 7 years of professional experiences managing complex transformation projects in Healthcare, Telecom, Energy and Services industry.
My passion for problem solving in complex environments can be traced back to my earlier days at school. Whether as a student in high school or being part of chess team, I’ve always been curious and I like breaking down problems, checking whether a key step is missing and finding the solution.
Over time, as a curious mind with a passion for solving life's problems, I strived hard to increase my knowledges by studying, traveling and interacting with people to gain proficiency in several areas. I've found that most successful people achieve extraordinary things by looking at the world differently and because they don’t give up on first try...
It all started in 2010 in Paris where I began my first job in General Electric Healthcare in Sales Department to launch a national marketing campaign to retain customer’s attention. The aim of this campaign was to renew customers loyalty with GE HC radiofrequency equipment for Biomedical technicians and engineers.
Right after 2012, I achieved my first master’s degree in Marketing and Business Management in Southeast France to experience and deepen my knowledge in the era of global digitalization.
After a year spent in a startup culture (OpenPlug / Alcatel Lucent) to understand and rethink the managerial practices by being focused on innovation and new technologies (mobile platform environment), I’ve been able to build and manage a community of 15K developers and proving my product management skills.
Soon after, I had my first work abroad experience to the UK for almost 3 years in different mission fields. I started with Imperial Tobacco creating and launching a web brand platform called “Ca Roule” in North
frica, then learning techniques used in promoting IT sales services to customers for DELL. As results, these both experiences helped me to travel mainly in Europe and develop my language skills but also to open my views of the world increasing my professional network at larger scale.
Most of my previous work experiences taught me to rise strong from any situation and learn from the best to tackle any challenges in following domains: ICT, Data Mining, Process Management, Big Data, Business Analysis, Organic Growth, Product Management, Digital Marketing and Migration Platform(s) Solution(s). Wherever I went, I left my mark with one of my favorite projects including building and managing an online community of over 128,000 unique individuals (fans).
An exciting experience was working with Orange since 2017 handling projects for one of the major actors in telecommunications industry. I started leading and managing data visualization and customer data migration as Project Manager for global account and Business Intelligence. More recently, as IT Scrum Product Owner I’m managing 10 developers bi-site teams (Sophia Antipolis & Casablanca) developing Machine Learning technology in Big Data projects using Artificial Intelligence.
I’m eager to take on roles that involve me leading and taking responsibility to join the rank of future executive leaders to help define the product/services roll-out strategy, track progress against goals and manage larger projects teams.
